Booking & Deposit Policy
The beginning of every arrangement should feel clear, considered, and unhurried.
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. This allows us both to reserve the time with confidence and gives the date the care it deserves before it begins. I ask that all arrangements are made thoughtfully, with enough detail to understand the pace, setting, and intention of our time together.
Please read these terms thoroughly to ensure you are aware and willing to accept my policies. I will happily clarify anything if you request.
Deposit Policy
Deposits should be sent promptly, ideally within the first 5 messages exchanged. If payment hasn't been received after a reasonable number of messages, I will discontinue communication.
Please note that our time together isn't confirmed until payment has fully cleared in my bank account, Bitcoin wallet or Throne gift account.
Any credit issued for cancelled or rescheduled bookings must be redeemed within 90 days, for a session of equal or longer duration than the original.
Paris & London-based dates: 50% deposit
FMTY (fly-me-to-you): 50% deposit, plus flights and associated expenses
Should plans need to shift, I appreciate as much notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, though I will always do my best to honour the intention behind the booking and find a suitable way forward when communication is thoughtful and timely.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in cases where I am the one cancelling. Deposits may, at my discretion, be transferred to a new date if sufficient notice is given.
Should I need to cancel our arranged date, I will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative time or issue a full refund.
Any threatening, abusive, disrespectful, or unsafe conduct prior to our meeting will result in immediate cancellation, with no refund provided.
If you need to cancel and provide at least 3 days' notice, I'll gladly transfer your deposit to a new date within 30 days of the cancellation, provided the new booking is of equal or greater length. If a new date isn't confirmed within that 30-day window, the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of our scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
FMTY Deposits
Deposits for FMTY bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled by the client, regardless of how much notice is given. In the rare instance that I must cancel, I will either issue a refund, cover the cost of rescheduling (including any flight change fees), or provide credit toward a future date, valid for 90 days.
